Hello, I’m Olia—a designer turned coach and facilitator for creative and tech expats. Before becoming a coach, I spent 15+ years in UX/UI and branding for startups and mid-sized companies. That experience taught me both the practical realities of careers in the creative and tech industry and the inner challenges we face when doubt, perfectionism, or burnout take over.
