About

Over the past 8+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to build products, teams, and systems at some of India’s fastest-growing startups: Ola, Gojek, Zepto, and now Loop Health. Today, I lead the product function at Loop Health, where we’re working to fundamentally reshape how healthcare and insurance work for employees and employers across the country.

At Zepto, I was responsible for the consumer product charter, owning growth, monetization, and user experience. At Gojek, I led the launch of the GoClub loyalty program, which scaled to over 1.5 million users within 3 months and played a key role in driving long-term engagement. While I take pride in the business outcomes, what’s mattered most to me throughout is the impact I’ve had on people, helping team members think more clearly, operate more confidently, and grow into leaders themselves.

Mentorship is a natural extension of that. I enjoy working with product professionals at different stages. Whether they’re looking to break into the field, navigate messy scaling challenges, or step into bigger leadership roles. My style is hands-on and grounded in real context. I like to ask hard questions, share honest feedback, and help people develop their own frameworks for success.
