Prashant has been an effective mentor since my time at my role within my product management team. I was concerned since I’ve never had prior experience working in an agile team. He has a good understanding of what product teams look for, so when we started working he knew exactly what I should be focusing on for both short term and long term PM career development (I’ve been studying Stats, learning SQL, etc.) Additionally, he puts day to day situations related to the PM into context. He knows how projects should be run, and what KPIs to look out for and measure. Overall, I would recommend him to anyone who is starting his/her career in product management.
