I spent five years at Reddit, primarily leading product for Reddit Search across frontend and backend teams. I'm passionate about using tech for good, and have raised over $250k for my own initiatives in the environmental, disability, and DIB in tech spaces. I was also awarded the Global Talent Visa in the UK for exceptional talent in tech.

My experience spans search and ranking, AI/ML products, product strategy, experimentation, user research, prioritization, and working closely with engineering and design on complex technical products. I've also built my own mentoring program for 50+ students in collaboration with Reddit to serve students from underrepresented backgrounds, and have spent years mentoring people breaking into tech.
