I really enjoyed the first meeting with Raluca. She comes across as very competent and friendly. We were supposed to have 1 meeting per month and "unlimited" Q&A. Initially I was given some material to familiarise with a popular Agentic-AI framework. But I didn't like it because it was too-specific to a specific (questionable) implementation, while I preferred to start with an high-level conceptual overview. She then proposed a different course, but again I found it too specific. We finally started collaborating on a shared doc to pin down the main concepts and we tried to work asynchronously on it. The time it took her to reply became longer and longer: 4 days, 6 days, 16 days waiting. I'm currently interrupting the mentorship without an answer to my last question, because obviously I can't wait weeks for an interaction. Note that I did try to reach her via customer service after a week, but they had no answer either. I then sent her a request to connect via LinkedIn, which she accepted within a couple of days, but the following message asking for explanations are still unanswered after 2 days. I think this fails on a critical aspect of mentorship, hence 3-star rating, which is paraphrased by the system as "I don't get enough support". Indeed, in a month I barely started scratching the surface. Sorry, but as things stand I would absolutely not recommend her.
