Hi, I’m Rehana. I help people build the products they want and support them through their career journey.

I’m the person that has been there and done that before, made those mistakes and found a way through them working for large corporations and startups in both Australia and the US. I understand work/life balance challenges and strategies to help get through them. I've been the ethnic minority or only female in the room many a time and had to break through barriers to make things happen. I've made mistakes in meetings and communicating with people that I've learned from and can share how to set yourself up for success.

I’m a seasoned female global executive with over 15 years experience in product management, strategy and business innovation for software solutions, connected medical devices, Software as a medical device (SaMD), Software as a service (SAAS) products and Digital Therapeutics. I have an engineering background with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Engineering from UNSW. I've been in engineering, product management, strategy and leadership roles.

I’m also a mum to two neurodivergent kids, and through advocating for the accommodations they need have learnt and developed design approaches to make software products more inclusive. I've also had to learn how to navigate through tricky situations and how to communicate effectively in a respectful way.
