Hi! I’m Rommia. I'm a founder, strategist, investor, and advisor with a background spanning tech, financial services, B2B SaaS, consumer apps, and advertising. I’ve held senior leadership roles at startups, an ad agency, and a public company, focusing on first-to-market products, program innovation, client success, and business model design.

Unlike traditional mentors who reflect on past experiences, I bring a real-time perspective: I’m actively building, problem-solving, and navigating the same evolving landscape you are. As the founder of Haven, I’m in the trenches of product development, go-to-market strategy, and community-driven growth. At the same time, I advise and invest in startups across industries, from deep tech to QSRs, giving me a broad, current view of what’s working today.

I don’t default to best practices just because they’ve worked before; I help founders and builders uncover the fundamentals, question assumptions, and discover what actually makes sense for their unique challenge.
