ROSALIND SMITH is an Operations /Project Manager. After 10+ of years working in the healthcare and wellness industry, Rosalind recently left the corporate world to begin her own journey into entrepreneurship. She is currently working on the launch of Proma, an organization that helps company’s lead their own mentorship programs and facilitation models. Driven by
the dream of a world in which all employees are provided fair growth opportunity, the
company is specifically designed to provide equitable opportunity for all.
When not at her desk, Rosalind can be found playing in the garden or curled up with a book.
Having spent half her life as a competitive athlete, she became the first in her family to attend college after receiving a scholarship to compete in cross-country and track at the highest competitive level. Rosalind continued to race in Triathlons post-collegiately and is founder of the women’s cycling team SIREN Racing.
Passionate about sharing her love of the outdoors with others, Rosalind is committed to developing a scholarship foundation to help further expand global opportunities for women and marginalized youth.
