I'm a technology executive with experience building full stack products from grounds-up and scaling product Infrastructure for Billon+ consumers, building geographically distributed teams and developing win-win cross-functional partnerships across leading tech organizations.

I'm a strategic and results-oriented leader with 18+ years of experience building consumer products, mobile applications, distributed systems at scale that are key drivers of growth for Meta/Facebook and Amazon.

As a leader, I always look for upleveling my org, and I am known for building and grooming a strong technical leaders and engineers, including Engineering Managers and staff/principle-level Engineers.

I have experience doing ~200+ leadership interviews (400+ overall) at Meta; and 200+ interviews at Amazon, and have been a mentor for several engineers and leaders in my professional experience. I have successfully navigated changing my domains and roles in multiple organizations.
