My career started in engineering and software development and transitioned to senior leadership roles, where I led large global engineering teams from diverse backgrounds. Along the way, I saw firsthand how critical the right support, mindset, and environment are for women to succeed in this industry.
I started my consulting practice to use that experience to help women in tech step into their full potential, whether they are navigating career transitions, stepping into leadership, or simply looking to build more confidence and clarity in their work.
I have represented Siemens as a member of the Global Semiconductor Alliance’s Women’s Leadership Council and served on the Industry Advisory Board for Portland State University ECE department as well as Board director and STEAM committee chair for Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest.
