Hi and welcome to my profile! My name is Sasha, and I am here to support you on your professional journey.
I have been working with teams for more than 10 years: I started my career as a journalist and anchorwoman, became a producer and media manager. At some point I have changed media sphere to IT and worked as a Manager for Communications & Strategy and later became a certified Scrum Master.
Currently I’m committed to DB Systel (which is a daughter company of Deutsche Bahn - German railway) as Agile Coach, helping individuals and teams to develop their skills and optimize their work processes and communications. I am also a career coach with a systemic training background.
Together we can work on your:

- self-presentation.
For agile practitioners I am offering sessions with a focus on adaptation of agile practices that can be useful for our work routines.
