I have a total experience of 7 years as a Software Engineer. I am very passionate about mentoring engineers to help them grow in their careers. I also seek mentorship from people who help me in upskilling my career. Throughout my experience, I have mentored many junior engineers to excel at their jobs, students/engineers to prepare for SDE interviews, and open source contributors to contribute to open source projects. I was also on the interview panel members in all the companies that I worked with and I have screened and hired multiple candidates for SDE roles. Because of this, I have a better knowledge of how hiring is done in different companies and their expectations.
