I am an senior engineer/ engineering manager with 20 years of hands on development experience. My experience as a lead front end architect spans many projects across several companies from consumer, enterprise, education, and department of defense. I've led teams and mentored many individuals in this time, helping develop the careers with both technically expertise, and soft skills that contribute to team success. I've led many searches for new hires, reviewed thousands of resumes, and interviewed many trying to find those that stand out from the crowd. I really enjoy mentoring opportunities and being able to help individuals navigate unlimited potential paths to find the opportunities that best suit them.
