Scott is a wonderful mentor! Not only is he knowledgeable about UX research methodology, but he also has a sense of humor and honesty about him that made our sessions and communications enjoyable and engaging. He is also very responsive and thoughtful with his feedback. He supported me beyond UX research mentorship and also acted as a job-hunt coach, offering suggestions for how to communicate + interview with prospective employers and providing general encouragement when I was feeling hopeless in the job hunt. He's a great guy who knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help. I give him my full recommendation!

Scott has offered me great support during my job search. As a recent college graduate without a tech-related degree, I sought a mentor with UX industry experience who could help me strategize my UX learning journey in addition to getting my foot in the door in the tech industry. Scott has delivered on both ends. He's guided me on broader priorities like developing my UX portfolio as well as having offered input on smaller concerns such as interview problem sets and email exchanges. I'm very grateful for his help and highly recommend him as a mentor.
