Hands-on support
I design and build AI native products and bring over 15 years of experience leading and shipping complex digital products across mobile, desktop, and web. I spent the last decade at Microsoft as a design leader, most recently shaping cross platform experiences for Outlook. I operated in player coach roles, setting design direction, mentoring designers, and staying hands on in systems, interaction design, and execution. My work spans large scale products, zero to one initiatives, and the integration of AI into core workflows.
I work best with designers who want to level up their product thinking, not just their outputs. My ideal mentees are navigating growth moments like stepping into senior or staff roles, moving into player coach leadership, working on AI powered or agentic products, or trying to build stronger judgment around systems, tradeoffs, and decision making. I help mentees clarify problems, pressure test their thinking, and build confidence in both their design work and how they show up with partners and stakeholders.
Today, I am actively building AI powered products using modern design and agentic workflows, including tools like Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code, and Cursor. That keeps my mentoring grounded in current practice, not theory.
If you are looking for a thoughtful, practical mentor who will challenge your thinking while supporting your growth, I would be happy to work together. Book an intro session and we can explore whether it is a good fit.
