You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need someone who believes in your potential.
One of the hardest parts of building a career is feeling like you're expected to have all the answers.
Maybe you're trying to break into UX Research. Maybe you're transitioning from another role, preparing for interviews, recovering from a layoff, or wondering what your next step should be. Whatever brought you here, know this—you're not alone.
I've been there too.
That's why I believe mentorship is more than reviewing resumes or practicing interview questions. It's about having someone who listens without judgment, understands where you want to go, and helps you build the confidence and strategy to get there.
I started my career as a Software Engineer before discovering my passion for understanding people and building products through research. Making that transition wasn't easy, but it taught me that careers aren't meant to be linear—they're meant to evolve.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of building products and leading research at companies like Meta, Microsoft, IBM, and ServiceNow, as well as high-growth startups. Working across different teams, products, and company cultures has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to grow—not just as a UX researcher, but as a professional.
I've worked on AI experiences, enterprise products, and consumer-facing platforms. I've partnered with executives, influenced product strategy, interviewed candidates, and collaborated with some of the brightest minds in tech. But more importantly, I've experienced the uncertainty, self-doubt, career pivots, and setbacks that many professionals face.
Those experiences shaped the mentor I am today.
Here's how I can help you :

🎤 **Interview Coaching**
From recruiter calls to portfolio presentations and behavioral interviews, I'll help you communicate your experience with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
💡 **Career Growth & Strategy**
Whether you're navigating layoffs, stakeholder challenges, promotions, imposter syndrome, or simply feeling stuck, I'll help you develop practical strategies that move you forward with purpose.
