With over 17 years of experience building and leading in tech, I’m passionate about solving complex people, business & technical problems. I’ve worked across the stack— Media Streaming, AR/VR, Search, Feeds, Creators, Ads, Data Platforms, LLMs/AI - at companies like Reddit, Microsoft, HBO, LinkedIn and high-growth startups like Coupang. In the last decade, I’ve led teams from 4 to 170, often stepping beyond engineering to play hands-on roles in Product and Design, spinning-up moonshot verticals for the business.
Outside of work
I try to learn one new skill every year. diving and climbing i've stayed invested in. I’m also deeply passionate in supporting financial independence for women.
