I mentor thoughtful technical professionals who want to make a meaningful difference—whether they are growing as leaders or becoming stronger, more confident individual contributors.
I’m an engineer by training, an engineering leader by practice, and a mentor by calling, with more than 25 years of industry experience. I spent the first half of my career building software and the past decade-plus building and leading technical organizations.
