👋 I'm Steven, a Senior Product Designer and Team Lead currently working at thoughtbot. Over the last decade, I've worked in-house and as a consultant to help businesses launch their new digital product offerings. I remotely collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers alike, and together we develop a product iteration process that works for the stage and size of our team.
