Hi there! I'm Susanne, a Service & Experience Design Director at Fjord.
I've been designing new services, digital products and business ventures for over 10 years, working across a wide range of industries including health, banking, retail, government and telecommunications.
I was originally a biology and neuroscience major, so when first starting in design and then later growing as a leader, I learned a lot through coaching and mentoring from a lot of wonderful creatives, both on the job and online, so I'm excited to give back as a mentor and help others achieve their goals. 💪
