Hi, My name is Tea and I built Google's Creative Labs in London and the US. I've been right to the top of the advertising world - I was President of Glass at Cannes in 2023, and I won a Peabody in 2018. But I've also been at the bottom, repeatedly, my career never felt easy either. I've been a creative without a role, I've been so low I found it hard to get up, hard to keep on trying so I know what that's like. If you are further along and trying to grow a team, work with managers or devs, to do the creative leadership I can help a lot. Every trial is a little different–here's what Tea says about their trial:
We'll meet for a quick call (usually 30 minutes or so) which will be an informal intro session - I can explain a bit more about how we'll work together and you can explain why you signed up and what you are looking for.
If you don't know, then that's OK too. I never know, sometimes it's the outside perspective that we need.
So we will discuss your goals, or start to define them - and how I can support you
+ organise logistics time zones and how best to communicate.
