One of Tejas' notable innovations includes a patented solution that reduced development costs by 90%, saving Juniper $120,000 annually in AWS infrastructure expenses. Tejas also implemented a flexible GO Based Test framework enabling teams to write tests which can be executed in different stages of the CD pipeline. He leads the architecture and development of a cloud native resource leasing system, enabling teams to quickly lease out cloud based setups for development, optimizing cloud resource usage and driving significant operational and cost efficiencies.

Prior to Juniper, Tejas held key roles at Amazon and VMware, contributing to groundbreaking innovations in AI/ML and cloud technologies. At Amazon, Tejas helped design scalable, serverless solutions and drove customer machine learning adoption. At VMware, Tejas played an integral role in the development of NSX Intelligence, including the creation of health analytics frameworks, network threat detection systems, and a flow simulation engine that reduced development costs.
