How it works:
Upon application, please share a brief overview of your background and what you're looking to work on. If it looks like a good fit we'll have an intro call to confirm. From there we agree on a goal, a rhythm — typically every two weeks or monthly — and whether sessions are conversations, working sessions, or a mix of both.
You tell Thomas your goals. They see exactly what you want to work on before session one.
You meet within days. Thomas reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
