We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
Presently I am Consultant Lead Tech for clients all over the EU, helping them scale their product, tech culture and teams.
I have built or scaled stacks and teams powering internet based products for 12+ years now with Ruby and Cloud infrastructure.
Who I can help:
- junior and mid level software engineers (in particular if you are working with Ruby) looking to learn good practices (code, scaling, ...)
- software engineers looking to learn more about Infrastructure matters (from Docker to Cloud infrastructure and day to day operations)
- CTOs and tech leads to discuss ideas and projects and bring them an external point of view
Upon application please provide an overview of your background and your expectations in a few sentences. We will have further chat and a first intro call to conclude if we can go further.
If it's a match we will agree on an aim, a periodicity of our calls (from once every two weeks to once a month) and communication mediums. From there we will meet as agreed for "virtual coffees'' or pairing sessions, depending on the topic.
