I’ve spent the last 15+ years working in engineering leadership roles at companies like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. I’ve been an engineer, a manager, and a leader of managers, and I’ve seen up close how careers actually grow inside large tech organizations.
I work with people who are good at what they do but feel stuck, overlooked, or unsure of their next move. Sometimes that’s a first-time manager trying to find their footing. Sometimes it’s an IC who wants to grow or get promoted but feels like the rules are unclear. Often, it’s a confidence gap, not a capability gap.
My coaching is practical and direct. We focus on real situations you’re dealing with right now and turn them into clear next steps. I’m not here to sell generic advice or motivational talk. I’m here to help you make better decisions, communicate more clearly, and move forward with confidence.
