I help software engineers and engineering managers make clearer career decisions, prepare for promotions, strengthen their influence, and lead with confidence.
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 15 years leading engineering organizations at Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. I managed teams through rapid growth, reorganizations, promotions, career transitions, and difficult leadership decisions. I understand how engineering careers work in practice, including expectations, performance calibration, organizational dynamics, and the pressure that comes with leadership.
My coaching combines real-world leadership experience with professional coaching methods. Together, we clarify what matters, identify the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and turn that insight into specific actions. My style is practical, structured, direct, and judgment-free. I ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you move forward without burning yourself out.
If you are preparing for a promotion, navigating a job change, stepping into management, growing your influence, or deciding what comes next, I would love to help.
