Hi! My name is Timmy, and I’m a Senior Engineering Manager at Apollo.io, leading new initiatives across three teams, primarily focused on our CRM pillar. I work remotely from Vancouver, Canada.
I love having fun at work and believe in building meaningful relationships with everyone I cross paths with! My journey spans across companies of all sizes—from two-person startups to industry giants like Tableau and Amazon.
In my last two roles, I helped scale startups from Series B (100+ people) to Series D (700+ people), driving both technical and organizational growth. I’ve personally built and led 0-to-1 initiatives, growing teams from scratch to 30+ members, expanding into new regions, and continuously refining the hiring bar.
As a software engineering manager, director, and leader, I’m passionate about building great products, fostering strong teams, and shaping a thriving company culture. Originally, I spent 15 years in the U.S. before finally settling in Canada, where I now live with my wife, two kids, a dog, a cat, and a bunny—so life is always lively! I love staying active through CrossFit, cycling, badminton, basketball, or anything that gets me sweating.
