I run an Advanced UX & Product Influence course where Researchers & Designers learn to champion their ideas, build influence within their team and level up their UX research and design career.
I'm a design researcher/innovation catalyst that enables teams to learn what’s most critical for driving evidence-based decision-making and moving product development forward at each step of the innovation journey by championing consumers’ unmet needs through deep human understanding and bold, optimistic design.
Passionate about using design thinking and creative approaches to investigate human experiences and behaviour, dream up new ways to spark and distil insight, and build capabilities to transform opportunities into products, services and ventures. UX and design research, service design and growth strategy experience.
