Hi there, I've spent 12+ years at Google (USA & APAC) primarily in the Recruiting organization and Google Cloud. I've personally hired roles from Sales to Engineering and also been a hiring manager myself. I've coached and mentored people for over 5 years especially around the entire recruitment process: career path, job search, leveraging AI, resume revamp, interviews, and negotiations. I've also managed teams up to 30 people across APAC so I have a strong understanding across the nuances of the region and cultures.
