I'm a Frontend TypeScript Engineer who has been coding for 12 years. I'm currently a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Costco. I previously freelanced for startups and built my own weekly planner app (https://compasscalendar.com)
My current area of expertise is building web apps with React & Node. However, I've worked in all areas of development: backend (Node, Python, Java), frontend (React) and DevOps (GCP, AWS). This broad experience helps me explain the full-picture of real-world apps.
I'm good at teaching non-CS students how to learn quickly and stand out in interviews, because I also took a non-traditional path (self-taught developer who studied History in college).
