You’re a senior engineer for a reason: you can build.

The problem is that you're on the "safe" path, and you know it's not for you.

You've been telling yourself you'd start something on your own for months (or years).

But you're scared and haven't really done much about it.

WHY ME
I've lived this same scenario out, multiple times.

After climbing the ladder from intern to Lead Engineer, I "made it": good pay, clout, made parents proud. But I was unfulfilled and knew God wanted more for me.

So I quit full-time work multiple times to pursue my own thing, failed, rebuilt, and swung again. Along the way I’ve shipped consistently in public: 300+ YouTube videos, plus years of building products and systems.

WHAT WE'LL DO

MY PHILOSOPHY

**Don’t get lost in the weeds**. The reason you don’t have what you wan’t isn’t because you didn’t use a NoSQL database. Instead, we focus on the root causes: psychology, beliefs, and faith. We solve those problems like architects rather than getting lost in the implementation details.

**Faith is necessary**. I’m a believer in many faiths, although I align most closely with Christianity. Faith guides my own life and my mentorship. You’ll be a good match if you also value faith, or if you’re open to trying it as a guiding principle for your life and career.

**You already know what you need to do.** You’re ready enough. You know what needs to be done. You don’t need more courses, books, people, therapy — even mentors (!). You just need to listen to yourself and have the courage to act.

**Get there fast**. I want to save you time by getting you to the next level as soon as possible. I’m not going to draw out the lessons in hopes to get more $ out of you. I want you to level up so fast that you feel like we’re equals. Then I want you to pass me so I can start learning from you.

**Simpler is better**. Just like in engineering, complexity is the enemy. It inhibits action. I keep things simple, from my systems to the perspectives I offer, so that we both have more bandwidth for taking massive action.
