What's included in the trial?
Every trial is a little different—here’s what Wesley says about their trial:
We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
📚 Specialist topics where I can share my experience include; driving operational excellence, improving hiring processes (or preparing for them), lightweight process and practices for teams, partnering with Product, technical decision making, technical leadership skills, operational/support issue management and managing managers.
🏢 I was hired as the first engineer for Zendesk's Dublin office in 2012 and I led engineering hiring and helped grow the initial technical teams in Dublin.
🛠️ Over the years, my teams built and launched new products such as Talk and also led many cross company projects, such as the launch of the Zendesk Suite and Omnichannel Routing.
🌍 Since 2020, my teams adapted to working in a distributed manner and >50% of my org was based outside of Ireland, with everyone working in a fully flexible/remote manner.
