I grew up in a small farming village (600 people). Nobody in my family had gone to university, let alone worked in global / big tech companies.

When I started applying for internships and jobs, I had no clue what “good” looked like. I got rejected multiple times and learned through trial and error what actually works in competitive hiring processes.

Since then, I’ve lived in five countries, launched an award-winning startup, worked at global brands like PepsiCo, Philips, and Nivea, and eventually landed at Google with no tech background or connections.

When I joined Google, I experienced strong imposter syndrome at first — suddenly surrounded by incredibly smart people, I often questioned whether I belonged there.

But over time, I learned fast, leaned into discomfort, and kept showing up.

After 1.5 years I earned a fast-track promotion to Senior Client Partner and today, I’m advising CEOs and CMOs on AI and marketing strategy across Europe, while mentoring startups and ambitious professionals trying to accelerate their careers.
