About

Hi Everyone! I am Yulia, an Agile and ORSC-certified Coach, specialist in leading and scaling distributed international teams with extensive experience in HR, Teaching and Sales.

Having worked in IT for over 11 years, I always enjoyed bringing safety, positivity and also order to all the various teams I worked with. What motivates me the most is seeing the people's eyes full of excitement, when they eventually arrive at the heights they never believed to be reachable.

I started at outsource, designed an agile environment at leading Bavarian startup scoutbee from scratch and discovered the peculiarities of big corporations at SimCorp, one of the biggest financial market software players. Currently I also actively advise start-ups on organisational structure, hiring strategy and culture.
