I worked in IT & Sales for more than 34 years. Started out as a Programmer (Coder), moved via Inside Sales roles to customer-facing Sales roles selling complex (SaaS & SAP) Software Projects & Solutions and finally into a role of Channel Partner Manager, recruiting and training Business Partners to sell and implement these complex software solutions. Building long-term relationships is key in this field, as well as having a growth mindset and be willing to keep learning about new solutions and how they benefit customers (and partners).
