I am a global marketing & strategy director with over 13+ years of blue-chip organizations (BP & Unilever experience) in brand building & brand development marketing across local, regional & global roles in D and D&E markets. Simultaneously I have broadened my experience/skill-set to also have done Customer Development and most recently Competitor Intelligence/Strategy for Unilever.

I have proven experience in crafting brands and have successfully led brand turnarounds across all roles (strong innovation track-record & seeing the big picture) while working closely with cross-functional teams & leadership teams. BG/BU leadership.

My current role as Nutrition CI Director at Unilever exposes me to a full 360 business viewpoint (collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders) while also building financial and D&A acumen & inculcating the BG force for good strategy into everyday actions to deliver on 4G growth.

I am a talent catalyst & demonstrate strong passion to develop my direct reports, more than 95% of WL1s who have reported to me across NAMETRUB, Global Ice-Cream & CI have gotten promoted to WL2 and are seen as key talents for the organization.
