David has been excellent in providing support and feedback in the project I developed to help me transition into data science which would have been difficult for me to do solo. He has also been invaluable in providing feedback on my resume, job search strategy, long-term career direction and any concerns I have regarding my current work. David is flexible and easy to get along with and I look forward to each time we have a call.

David has been a great mentor, guiding me through the start of my freelance career and helping me work with a tech stack that includes Matillion ETL and Snowflake. He has also been a big help with my startup, Hylia.io, which is building a simple, multi-platform dashboard app that works as a virtual lifecoach and mentor, using gamification to keep users motivated. We meet twice a week, and those sessions are always fun. David has a good sense of humour and knows how to make me feel comfortable. His IT knowledge is impressive, and he always points me in the right direction and keeps me motivated. I'm really excited about adding AI and LLM features to my app. David knows a lot about these topics, as well as data engineering, which will help us build the right features. His advice is invaluable, and I couldn't ask for a better mentor.

Dr David is a wonderful mentor. I come from a non-tech background but the way he encourages ideas speaks volumes of his greatness as a teacher in identifying hidden potential within me and directing me with the right amount of input to make the experience fruitful. I also respect Dr David for the way he handled a transactional issue - making me feel at ease despite the error being on my side. Lucky to have him as my mentor in AI transition.
