About this session

Whatever doesn't fit the mold: Get 30 minutes with a mentor to discuss your needs. Be it help with some code, discussing through an issue with your business, help for something at work or an issue with a project.

Your mentor

I'm a space engineer with a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and a career spanning EUMETSAT, OneWeb, Telespazio, Sitael and OKAPI:Orbits, where I now work as Senior Solutions Engineer at the intersection of technical and commercial roles. I've moved between agencies, industry and startups across several countries, so I know first-hand how European space organisations assess candidates, and how to present a non-linear career as a strength.

This session works for interview preparation (technical panels, competency-based/STAR questions, "why this organisation") or for a general career conversation: role changes, positioning your CV and LinkedIn, or moving into the European space sector.

[NOTE: Please send a message inquiry and provide your availability and constraints, so I can get back with some options, then you can proceed with the booking. I usually hold sessions on weekday evenings and weekends, CET.]

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is a session?

A session is a focused one-on-one call with your mentor. Use it to get feedback, work through a specific problem, review your work, or get unstuck. You reserve up to 30 min of their time.

How do I pick a time?

After checkout you pick a slot from Elena's live availability, and it's confirmed on the spot.

How does the session take place?

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.

What if my mentor doesn't show up?

You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.

How do refunds work?

You pay securely by card at checkout. If the session can't go ahead, you can cancel and get your money back instantly from your dashboard.
