Welcome to my mentoring page! My name is Nikola and I am an experienced researcher/engineer in Machine Learning / LLMs based in Switzerland. I have a PhD in NLP from ETH Zurich (top 10 CS school) and over 9 years research and development experience in deep learning and AI.

I have mentored over 60 people in 1000+ sessions: professionals working at top companies (Google, Meta, Amazon, JPMorgan Chase, American Express, Bloomberg, Rakuten, Eastdil Secured, etc.), startup founders, and researchers from top universities. Many of my mentees have made a career transition to AI, have landed jobs in big tech, or have started companies.

As a mentor, I specialise two areas:
