👋 Hi, I'm Telma
I've spent more than 10 years building a career across digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, paid media, and client consulting, working with startups, agencies, SaaS companies, and global brands.
My career hasn't followed a traditional path. I started with a degree in Leisure Management and Tourism Entertainment before transitioning into Digital Marketing, eventually growing into senior marketing and client-facing leadership roles. Throughout my journey, I've navigated multiple career pivots, industry changes, remote work environments, and international opportunities.
I've worked across agency, in-house, and startup environments, managing campaigns, consulting clients, and leading growth initiatives for companies ranging from emerging startups to global organizations.

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.
What if my mentor doesn't show up?
You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.
