Whether you are aiming for a promotion, preparing for a bigger role, or feeling stuck in your current position, this session helps you turn broad ambition into a practical career strategy.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to define your next step, identify the skills and signals that matter, and create a plan for making progress inside your current company or beyond it. Together, you can assess your strengths, spot gaps, map out promotion criteria, and think through how to build visibility, ownership, and momentum over time. The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

The number of sessions, as well as the specific plan for each session, is individual and depends on the particular situation. The plan may evolve over time.
This structure does not include the standard opening and closing stages that are common to all coaching sessions.
