As a hiring manager, coach, and product leader with over a decade of experience across Deloitte, NavVis, and EdTech, I’ve helped PMs, designers, and analysts grow into Heads of Product, platform leads, and strategic operators.

In this session, we’ll zoom out from job titles and focus on your career architecture—mapping your next move based on your values, skills, ambitions, and the story you want to tell. Whether you’re mid-transition, eyeing a promotion, or unsure how to position yourself, this is a structured and reflective deep dive.
