Your mentor
With over 6 years in AI/ML engineering and leadership and experience as a former CTO who built global payment infrastructure (in partnership with Citibank & HSBC), production-grade agentic AI, and outstanding work recognized by the World Bank and Harvard, I help engineers and builders turn fuzzy career goals into clear, achievable roadmaps.
In a 45-minute Design a Career Strategy session I’ll:
Quickly clarify your target (career change, promotion, freelancing, etc.).
Do a gap analysis between where you are and where you want to be.
Propose a prioritized, time-bound strategy with concrete milestones, learning resources, and immediate next steps you can act on.
Deliver a Google Doc you can take home with a tailored plan, timelines, and recommended checkpoints.
