The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

Your mentor

My career journey has been quite non-linear. I grew up in Syria during a difficult period of the war, and much of my early learning was self-directed. From there, I worked my way to studying at KCL and Imperial College London, then moved into industry at C3.ai and now Mistral AI as a Deployment Strategist.

Because I’ve had to figure out many parts of my career path independently, I understand how difficult it can be to know what to focus on, which opportunities are worth pursuing, and how to turn your current experience into the next step.

In these sessions, I can help you map out a practical career roadmap based on where you are today and where you want to get to. This could include identifying skills to develop, projects to work on, roles and companies to target, how to position your experience, and how to navigate the job market strategically.

My goal is to help you develop a realistic plan rather than just give generic career advice, drawing on my own experience navigating self-learning, education, job searches, interviews, and progression within the AI industry.

I conduct sessions primarily after work on weekdays, with some additional availability on weekends.
