My experience has been centered on professional software engineering in large-scale projects. As a lead software engineer, I have been involved in taking some of the most important projects in my companies and helping them scale to millions of users by working with different technologies and different teams. During my career I have seen many people who are doing great and others that aren't as successful. That enabled me to understand the real reasons behind the disparity in their career progression.
