Sometimes, a strategy is needed to accomplish a future career change, or simply to get further in your current position. Should you go back to school? Look for a new job? Learn a new set of skills by yourself? Become a freelancer?

One of our mentors could be the outside view you need. They understand the challenges that come with a career change, and are happy to help you come up with a solid strategy on how to reach your goals.

It is a fun and challenging time in the design and user experience field. It is also a challenge to navigate your career with the ever-changing landscape. I have been a designer for over two decades. I was able to turn my love for design and solving problems into a fun and rewarding career.

I believe I have the experience and a bit wider perspective, given having faced my own challenges and struggles over the last 20 years. I can quickly come up with a plan to help you draft an outline and evaluate what your career goals are and how to put them into a healthy work-life balance.
