Career growth rarely happens by accident. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you build a clearer roadmap for where you want to go next and how to get there. Whether you are aiming for a promotion, preparing for a bigger role, or feeling stuck in your current position, this session helps you turn broad ambition into a practical career strategy.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to define your next step, identify the skills and signals that matter, and create a plan for making progress inside your current company or beyond it. Together, you can assess your strengths, spot gaps, map out promotion criteria, and think through how to build visibility, ownership, and momentum over time. The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

I've mentored 100+ ambitious people throughout my career; both as a start-up / scale-up leader, and as through various mentoring platforms.

An essential part of my current and past day-to-day, is to help employees / mentees in reaching their personal- and career goals, which often involves a promotion, a career change, going freelance or starting their own business.
Such a task is often unmanageable for the mentee by itself and indeed, should include outside input and sparring (I've done this myself on numerous occasions).

Reaching long term goals is difficult and requires a solid strategy, breaking down the steps needed to reach their overall personal vision.
