Together, you can assess your strengths, spot gaps, map out promotion criteria, and think through how to build visibility, ownership, and momentum over time. The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

In this session, we'll identify your direction, strengths, weaknesses and goals. We'll identify what you can start, stop and continue doing to reach these goals. We'll work in a Miro board which you can copy and continue building on after the session, as your career journey continues.
