About this session

During this session, we will focus on a specific challenge you're facing at work or in your private life.
I will help you explore the situation from different angles and interpret it based on your values. Together, we will think of possible outcomes, understand their impact, and brainstorm a plan of action.

There is no set agenda, however, we usually spend the first 30-45 minutes defining the challenge, the next 30 minutes brainstorming outcomes, and the last 30 minutes evaluating outcomes and setting a plan of action.

I'm an ICF Certified Coach with over 400 hours of coaching experience and I help Startup founders and operators grow their businesses and their career.

The founders and operators I work with are delivering fine on paper. What brings them here is the decision they've postponed for months, a role they've outgrown without quite noticing, or a pace they've stopped believing they can hold.

In my 10 years in startups, I led HR and operations in 3 scaling businesses, pivoted to program and project management at a unicorn, worked with Accelerators on startup selection, and became myself a Founder.

How I work: direct and specific, focused on the patterns driving your decisions. I'll challenge you, and I'll be straight about what I'm seeing. I help you make meaningful choices aligned with your long-term goals, and develop a healthy and sustainable high-growth mindset.

Thanks to my experience in startups' operations, I worked with professionals at all seniority levels, with tech and business backgrounds. My mentees now are professionals and founders with 5-20 years of experience looking for growth, purpose, and direction.

A session is a focused one-on-one call with your mentor. Use it to get feedback, work through a specific problem, review your work, or get unstuck. You reserve up to 1 hour 30 min of their time.

How do I pick a time?

After checkout you pick a slot from Sara's live availability, and it's confirmed on the spot.

How does the session take place?

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.

What if my mentor doesn't show up?

You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.

How do refunds work?

You pay securely by card at checkout. If the session can't go ahead, you can cancel and get your money back instantly from your dashboard.
