Hey! I'm Ankita. I'm a Senior HR Business Partner at AWS, where I spend my days partnering with VPs and engineering leaders to solve messy, real-world people problems across EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Over the past 13+ years, I've done a bit of everything: scaled teams across countries, designed workforce strategies for global orgs, built leadership programs from scratch, and figured out how to make HR actually matter at the table. It hasn't always been a straight path, and I think that's what makes me a better mentor. I also host the HR Bandit Podcast, I've been named an SHRM India Top 50 HR Influencer, and I co-chair the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland HR Director Forum. I love talking about this stuff, whether it's on stage or one-on-one.
